Initial Login Guide

Initial Login - Activation Email
Check your subscription activation email (from ActionMap Toolkit) for your user id and initial password.

Sample Activation Email If you copy and paste the password, please make sure you do not include extra spaces at the beginning or end.

Login Page Access the subscriber login page at the URL provided in the activation email. Log in to the application using the login screen. At first login you will be asked to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Change Password

Clicking on "Accept" sends you to the Change Password page, where you are asked to change the temporary password you received in your activation email.
Update Password After clicking "Update Password" you will see a confirmation page, from which you can return to the Login page.
New Password Login with your new password.

Update Online ID (optional)

After completing login, the application goes to the Session Administration page, shown here.
 

Session Administration Page Click on the subscription icon in the upper right-hand corner, as shown here. That brings up the menu shown below.
Click on the "Profile" menu item, which takes you to the Profile page, below. There you can change your Online ID, indicated by the red arrow.  The Online ID is used to identify you on the Main Page.

ActionMap Support Site Login

Completing the Terms of Service agreement step above triggers an automatic setup of your name and email address at the ActionMap Support Portal at Zendesk.  That in turn sends you a "Welcome" email, as shown here.

For the last step of the initial login procedure, sign into your support account at Zendesk and create a new password there.
