The "Copy To Clipboard" Function

The "Action" menus also have a small "Copy to Clipboard (QW)" item, which calls up the "Copy to Clipboard" sub-panel, shown below.

This panel explains that the indicated key strokes will copy the indicated "prompting" text the operator's computer's clipboard. 

From there the text can be pasted into a e-meeting chat window. 

Meeting participants can then use the chat to respond to the prompt with contributions about Map Parts, Evaluations, Plan Parts etc.

E-meeting Chat

Those contributions can then be copied by the operator from the e-meeting chat into the ActionMap Toolkit row Add/Edit functions.
