"Garbage Run" Training Exercise

The content of the work products, the Map and the List, can be thought of as a "structured sketchpad". 

There is essentially no logical connection between any of the details in the Map and List, except what is visible.

Because of this, it is possible to quickly go through all the Activities in the Main Cycle (the major phases of the ActionMap method entering "garbage" (e.g. asdfasdfaf reqweqe cbxbcb, or simply asdf) in all the List Rows.  

This allows you to become familiar with the mechanics of operating the software without being having to think about the content.
