Managing Your Subscription
Starting Points - FastSpring Subscriptions
At the top of the Session Administration Page or the Work Product Management Page, click on the Subscriber Icon and select "Profile". |
The profile page has three options to help you manage your subscription, as shown above.
1) If your subscription originated from FastSpring, ActionMap's billing service, then you will see a "Subscription Management" button, as shown above.
2) The "Subscription Help" button brings you to the page you are now reading.
3) The "Change Password" button initiates the Password Change process, which is described at the Initial Login Guide, here.
4) The "Subscriber Customization" button will take you to the "White Label" feature, described at this page.
Subscription Source: FastSpring or "Local"?
Please note: section applies to subscriptions that originate at FastSpring, ActionMap's billing service |
If you have a "Local" subscription ("Source" field on your Subscription Profile page), then please see the "Local Subscription Management" section of this page, below.

FastSpring Subscription Management
Your FastSpring subscription provides you with a unique Subscription Management page. |
Both the link in your order email and the button on the profile page take you to the Subscription Management Page, as seen below. |

In the middle of the page you can see options for Edit Subscription and

Clicking on "Edit Subscription" gives you two options: ▪ Update Payment Method ▪ Update Address |

Clicking on "Cancel Subscription" you takes here. The text describes how your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the next billing period. If you agree, click the "Confirm" button. A cancellation email will be sent to you. |
PLEASE NOTE: in the current version of the application, cancellations on the end date shown are final and cannot be undone. If you have any thoughts about wanting to use your application work products later, please be sure to export them from the application before the cancellation date. |
"Local" Subscription Management
If your subscription source is "Local" or "LocalSelf" then you will see these buttons at the bottom of the Profile Page:
In particular, this will allow you to cancel your subscription. The other buttons have the same functions as described in the "FastSpring Subscription Management" section above.
PLEASE NOTE: in the current version of the application, cancellations of Local and LocalSelf subscriptions are final that that time and cannot be undone. If you have any thoughts about wanting to use your application work products later, please be sure to export them from the application before completing this cancellation.
