Work Products (that can be taken away and used after the meeting)
ActionMap group Sessions produce two types of results:
▪ People results: understanding, agreement and commitment to take action
▪ Work Products: information that supports the people results and that can be taken away and used after the meeting.
The primary types of work products are described below.

Work Product Export and Import |
Work Products can be exported as encrypted data sets and re-imported for continued use. More information on "Export to Encrypted Data-set" can be found here. As seen here the Main Page has two major panels:
These are two ways of looking at the information captured in group Sessions. |

Map and Plan Areas |
|
ActionMap Work Products are organized around Map and Plan Areas. A Map and Plan Area is an area of Activity that the group Session is focusing on for Process Mapping, Evaluation and Planning. Map and Plan Areas have the following data under them: Process Maps, which have under them: ▪ Map Parts, Evaluations, Notes and Priorities (is a type of List) ▪ Proposed Change Actions (this is a type of List) ▪ Action Plans (this is a type of List) ▪ Discussions (a separate panel for side notes) |
Process Maps |
All Maps have the same basic format, described here:

Notes on Process Maps▪ Probably 90% of all Sessions will produce strong results using only a single Map. Please Note: In Full Release 1 we plan to add a feature to organize Maps into "Map Sets". In Map Sets there will be "Top Maps" that cover a large area, and "Sub-Maps" that cover areas within that larger area. More information on Maps can be found at the page "Process Maps - Purpose, Format and Construction". |
