Session Administration Overview

▪  Subscriber Login takes the user directly to the Session Administration page.

▪  The Session Administration page lists the Sessions that belong to the subscriber.

Row Action Menu

▪  Clicking on the Action column "hamburger" menu opens the Row Action Menu

Copy Invitation to Clipboard   

▪  This provides a mechanism for copying the description of the selected session to the local computer clipboard. ▪  The information can then be pasted into emails or other media for distribution to Session participants.

Sub-Panel to Create, Edit or Join Session

▪  A single sub-panel is used in three variations, for creating, editing and joining Sessions.
▪  The variations are shown below.

Create Session Sub-Panel

▪  Fields are self-explanatory and show editing details when in use. ▪  Briefly, only the Title is required, and all the fields are free form, except date, time and time zone.

Edit Session Sub-Panel

▪  For editing the Session description, the sub-panel is configured slightly different:

Join Session Sub-Panel

▪  When one of the Join Session actions is selected, the Edit sub-panel is displayed, with a "Join Session" button at the top. ▪  Clicking on the Join button initiates activating and joining the Session Main Page.

Other Session Panels and Messages

"Open Session " Warning Message ▪  The following message is shown if the "Open Session" action is selected, and another Session is already in "Open" status. (Note:  only one session at a time may be in Open status.)

"Delete Session " Warning Message" ▪  This message appears if "Delete Session" is selected from the Row Action Menu.
