Notes on Terminology
In the current release, Map and Plan Areas are the only type of Work Product that are managed via the "Map and Plan Areas (Work Products)" page of the software.
Because of that this page is referred to as the "Work Product Management" page.

Getting to the Work Product Management Page

The Work Product Management Page is accessed from the top bar of the Session Administration page. In the current release, Map and Plan Areas are the only type of Work Product that are managed via the "Map and Plan Areas (Work Products)" page of the software. Because of that factors, this page is referred to as the "Work Product Management" page.

Page Elements and Sub-Panels

Top Bar The different controls and sub-panels of the Work Product Management page are described here.

Please see this page for details on the Settings Menu.

Header Controls The following controls are available on in the page header area.

Row Columns The Work Product Management page lists the Sessions that belong to the subscriber.

Column Sorting Columns in the Work Product grid can be sorted as shown here.

Row Action Menu Clicking on the Action column "hamburger" menu opens the Row Action Menu for that row.
Edit Map and Plan Area Description Please see this link for information on this sub-panel.
Export Map and Plan Area as Data Set Please see this link for information on this sub-panel.
Import Map and Plan Area (on the Work Product Management Page) Importing a previously exported Map and Plan Area has two Stages, as shown here:		Select the File to upload
Provide a version code for the imported Map and Plan Area After clicking "Upload" the sub-panel expands to show the additional controls here:

Work Product Directory

The Work Product Directory View Panel show a list of all of your Sessions and all of the Work Products associated with those Sessions. Along with the search and sort functions, this allows you to locate Map and Plan Areas as well as Maps by title. The Row Action menus give you a way to navigate to a Session that the Map and Plan Area is attached to, in the Session Admin page, or to the Map and Plan Area in the Work Products Management page.

Other Session Panels and Messages

"Archive Map and Plan Area" Warning Message The following message is shown if the "Change Status to Archived" action is selected in the Row Action Menu.
"Delete Entire  Map and Plan Area" Warning Message The following message is shown if the "Delete" action is selected in the Row Action Menu.
